قولولي ايه اكتر اكلات بتخليكوا تلخبطوا الدايت و هقولوكوا اقرب بديل صحي ليها 😅💪🏻 ما تنسوش إني معاكم لايف كل يوم من 10 ونصف صباحا ل ٦ مساء ما عدا الجمعة بنتكلم في كل حاجة تخص التغذية العلاجية وأن قاص الوزن وتجنب الأمراض المتعلقة بالسمنة منتظرة مشاركتكم معي 😍

أنا عايزة أخس بس للأسف أنا شخص مابيحبش أغلب أنواع الخضار و الفواكه فا الموضوع صعب جدا
اعلا بيكي معاكي د نسمة ياسر أخصائية تغذية علاجية ممكن تجربي تدخلي الخضروات في وصفات مختلفة بتحبيها زي الفاهيتا مثلا او سلطات الدجاج و السلمون و كدة و جربي انواع جديدة و وصفات جديدة لحد ما توصلي للحاجات اللي تحبيها مش لازم تكوني بتحبي كل أنواع الخضار و الفاكهة هشان تخسي خلي دايما وجباتك متوازنة بين البروتين و الكاربوهيدرات المعقدة و الدهون الصحية و الالياف
