How do you cope with extreme mood swings?? I have PCOS and even though i might have a very irregular period cycle but mood swings are very regular on the contrary. They visit me whenever and wherever they want which sometimes makes ppl feel that I am a rude and moody person. What should i do to keep myself from having major changes in my moods and how do i cope with them?? #PCOS #periods
i think pcos can be tamed with diet, nutrition , exercise and good environment. commit to avoiding processed food, staying in the weight range, exercise routines. reject what doesnt nurture you. let your mind rule your body. all the best!

there are many books written on networking. who you move with influences you. can make or break your habits as repetition of any behavior becomes a habit. whats in the study mentioned is true but its also true that friends with complementing personalities strengthen you. so who chooses these friends is also choosing their lifepath and making destiny. choose wise
