Hi there, I hope you are well That's a great question 😊 -As per research and studies, moderate protein intake is considered to help with reducing blood sugar levels and insulin resistance. Morever, it can help with insulin secretion as well. -However, recent studies have pointed out that excessive protein intake especially non-vegetarian sources of protein can worsen glycemic control and inhibit glucose synthesis leading to insulin resistance. - So, moderate protein consumption is considered to be good for diabetics , while going overboard can be a problem :) I hope this helps, take care ☺️

When you eat dinner late at night at 10 pm it causes obesity, weight gain, and high blood sugar levels instead of calories. So, starting to eat at 7:00 or 7:30 pm can help to burn fat.
