Sometimes I really think, 'Kya usko apni galatiyaan realise hui hongi? ' Agar nahi, to mann karta hai I should go and tell him that how you have hurt me, how many times you did those things again and again! But should for it or leave it?
most of the times the poor communication results in one person hurting the other person. they genuinely don't know that they are hurting the other person. it is worth having the discussion atleast once about how you are feeling. and it's important for this discussion to be non judgemental. and if the person doesn't respond with compassion and willingness to adapt then that's a clear sign to make your choices.

the reason we actually fall in love is because we are in love with the feeling we experience when in love. so what you are feeling is absolutely normal. what you want to do now is heal so that you become the source of feeling the experience on your own without the need for another person. love, respect and honour yourself first.

If people can't meet you half way, the you can always choose to meet them half way. There is no shame in withdrawing when the other person is not equally invested in you. So match their investment if they can't match yours.
If someone doesn't meet you halfway, it's okay to meet them halfway instead. It's not shameful to step back when they're not equally invested. Match their effort if they can't match yours.

the conditioning that 'family comes before ourselves' has a major part to contribute to lack of boundaries. because we've just learned to say 'yes' when we want to say 'no'. it starts with the family. and then becomes a habit that spreads out to other relationships as well. prioritising the family is one thing and saying 'yes' when you truly want to say 'no' is a very different thing. do you know the difference?

whe you can't change the situation, change yourself. what can help you cope with the situation better? and build it up within yourself. confidence, self esteem, emotional clarity, setting priorities. a lot can help
