Few months ago this 'devider' was added in Mumbai Locals' ladies compartment. But it has been long that haven't seen it again. Have they changed it again and made it normal like before ?

It's possible that the divider was removed and things returned to how they were before. Sometimes changes are made temporarily to test things out, and then they go back to the original setup if it doesn't work as expected.
