As age advances the estrogen hormone starts to deplete and hence the flow may reduce at this age. Also if you are taking 2.5 l and above water then pee frequency will be more. But if you water intake is less and you are having increased frequency then consult a gynac near to you.

The Reality and Naked Truth of Being a Muscular Woman Bodybuilder with a Non-Bodybuilder Husband: I am a muscular woman bodybuilder, and my husband is an average, non-bodybuilder man. Our relationship is a testament to the idea that love transcends physical appearances and societal expectations. Contrary to what many might assume, my husband finds my strength and muscularity incredibly attractive. My husband's admiration for my dedication to bodybuilding only strengthens our bond. For us, my muscular physique is not just a physical trait; it is a symbol of hard work, determination, and resilience—qualities that we both deeply respect. However, the world outside views our dynamic with mixed reactions. People often find our relationship intriguing, intimidating, and even emasculating. There are those who question my husband's masculinity and manliness simply because I possess a physique that is traditionally considered "masculine." Strangers and acquaintances alike sometimes assume that my muscles somehow undermine his role as a man. These assumptions reveal more about societal insecurities than they do about our relationship. As a bodybuilder, part of my career involves competing on stage, often in bikinis that showcase the hard work I've put into my body. While some people see this as empowering and a celebration of the human form, others perceive it as provocative or inappropriate. The reactions range from admiration to discomfort, and everything in between. Yet, for me and my husband, these perceptions do not hold weight. Despite the judgments and misconceptions, my husband and I remain unfazed. We believe that true strength lies not in conforming to societal norms, but in embracing who we are and supporting each other unconditionally. In the end, the reality of being a muscular woman bodybuilder with a non-bodybuilder husband is simple: it works for us.
Woah....mind blowing transformation. My best wishes to be an inspiration to many

'Health is Wealth' - The World Health organisation has defined health as physical, mental & social well being! We can also add 2 more components to this definition- sexual health and spiritual health! All of us should look after these 5 aspects of health throughout our lives! Specially women need to give special attention from Menarche to Menopause to protect their well being. Balanced diet, exercises, good habits & timely medical intervention are four pillars for good health. It is commonly seen that women neglect their diet. Most Indian women are prone to develop deficiencies of iron, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B and proteins. Some women are obese while some are very thin and/or malnourished. Women look after their family members very well. But they neglect their own health. They require balanced diet including millets, legumes, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, fruits, milk etc. This ensures good health, glowing skin and hair. Amino acids, iron, vit C and zinc are important to strengthen immune system which in turn is vital for fighting various infections. Yes. absolutely I agree with you. If you are healthy then only you can work efficiently. Taking care of one's health is very important.

The Pelvic floor is a multilayered sheet of muscles stretched between the Pubis and Coccyx, forming inferior support to the Abdominopelvic cavity. The female Pelvic floor has 3 openings Urethra, Vagina and Anus. Pelvic floor dysfunction may include Urinary leaks, urine urgency and incontinence. Leaking urine on coughing, sneezing, laughing or lifting weights is known as Stress Urinary incontinence. This is not normal, it may be very common but is not normal. This must be treated or managed well to avoid inconvenience and unhygienic conditions associated with SUI or UI. There is hope , there is treatment for this. As a Pelvic floor Physiotherapist I am here to guide you.
