Your nervous system softens. Your brain starts rewiring itself for abundance instead of lack. Neuroscience backs this up: - Gratitude activates the brain’s reward centers - It boosts serotonin and dopamine (feel-good chemicals) - It can rewire your thought patterns over time And it’s not just about journaling. You can practice gratitude through spoken words, silent prayers, acts of kindness, or even mindful observation.
A Sample Daily Ritual Morning - Sit up in bed. Take three grounding breaths. - Stand with both feet on the floor, feeling the Earth. - Say out loud: “I’m grateful for today.
