بوست ده مهم جدا لمرضي خمول الغده الدرقيه hypothyrodism في اكلات تسمي goitrogenic foods وهي اكلات تزود من خمول الغده بشكل كبير وبتوقف تحويل t4 وt3 ومن اهم الاكلات دي هي الخضروات من عائله الcruciferous vegetables عائله الكرنب والقرنبيط وخصوصا في حاله النيه السلطات اللي بنستخدم فيها الكرنب زي كول سلو او عصاير اللي بنستخدم فيها السبانخ دي من غير ما تحس زياده استهلاكك منها هتزود خمول الغده وهتلاقي نفسك ملتزم بالدايت وملتزم بالتمارين والادويه ومع ذلك وضعك الصحي زي ما هو الاكل ليه دور مهم جدا في حاله مريض الغده لتزم تعرف تاكل ايه وتبعد عن ايه ابعد عن انك تاكل الانواع دي بكثرة او بصوره نيه ممكن تاخدها كل فتره بس لازم تكون مستويه سواق بالسلق او التبخير ده بيقلل تأثيرها علي الغده الانواع دي زي الكرنب. القرنبيط. البروكلي السبانخ الفول الاخضر واللفت كمان لو انت مريض خمول غده خلي بالك جدا من الشاي ومنتجات الصويا والخوخ والفراوله لو محتاج نتكلم اكتر عن امراض الغده وازاي نحسن من حالتها اكتبولي تعليق تحت البوست ومتنساش تعمل شير للمعلومه لعل تفيد بيها مريض ميعرفش وبيعاني طول الوقت والبدايه ممكن تكون انه يعرف هو بيدخل لمعدته ايه ولو لسه متعرفش عروض السنه الجديده للمتابعه اكتبلي تم تحت البوست هبعتلك التفاصيل كامله✅ او اضغط علي كلمه order. تحت الصوره🩷🩷🩷 ومتنساش #عيشهابالصحة هتعيشها بكل سعاده @drrawda_nutritionist @standup_healthy #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthycoach #dietitian #nutritionist #nutritioncoach #hypothyriodism #thyroidproblems #goitrogens #dietfood #vegetables
