heyy hii how are you?? I think apke paas phle eak proper schedule hona chiye ki apko kis tym kya krna h aur kb tk finish krna h portion topics ka... eak proper schedule sleep and wake up ka bhi hona chiye daily to do list form kro aur usme apne task likho with time ki kb tk finish krna h also do yoga daily and proper meditation.... drink lots of water don't take too much stress just be calm and be honest and dedicated to your work... use pomodora technique to study like study for 30 min then take 5-10 min break not more than that and then repeat it use power naps while feeling tired during studies for 15 min study in a well ventilated room and where there is proper light. don't procrastinate your work just be regular toward your studies eat only healthy food don't eat too much junk sooo yeah that's it hope it helps you❤❤❤❤❤
