Hi, everyone, I’m Yogita Sapra, a psychologist! I’m thrilled to be here with all of you today. My journey to becoming a psychologist started when I was young and witnessed the struggles my family faced with mental health challenges. One defining moment for me was when a close family member went through a difficult time and struggled to find the right support. I saw firsthand how much of an impact understanding and compassionate care could make. That experience ignited my passion for psychology and inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others navigate their own mental health journeys. Through years of study and practice, I’ve learned how powerful our minds are in shaping our overall well-being, and I’m excited to share tools and strategies that can help you lead a more balanced, fulfilling life.
