My live sessions are held every day (except Saturdays) from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., and they’re designed to be interactive, informative, and empowering. The community is open to everyone, whether you want to take a deep dive into personal growth or simply enjoy a peaceful moment of reflection. Mindful Chats with Dhwani is your safe, non-judgmental space to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage in meaningful discussions about mental health and well-being.
