Dear Swati. what is it that is making you unhappy? If you can be specific can help better. Nevertheless , pl understand you can choose to be happy or unhappy in any situation or relationship by creating positive or negative thoughts. You mentioned by about overthinking which means the thoughts are more if negative quality. Practice meditation to calm down and take charge of the way you think. One important thing to enhance any relationship is to think what is it that I m giving to enhance it brother than what am I getting of it. Any conflict can be resolved by communication ,so talk to your partner about what is really bothering you before taking any drastic step. hope the above helps goodluck
