I know your feeling. I had the same a couple of years ago. Make her breakfast, clean the kitchen, do all her work that she does for the house. Watch her fav movie, make pop-corn, talk to her about her childhood and her friends and her old. Hope this helps making your mom happy.

You can make a handmade card for her or just print some pictures of her and making a collage for her. Make her favorite cake or food
