How can I connect more with people despite of feeling isolated and lonely. I want to put in 109% efforts from my side and want to make myself better.

Hi, I am Karnika, a psychologist. Feeling isolated and lonely is challenging, but there are ways to connect with others and improve your well-being. Start by joining groups or clubs that interest you or are based on your hobby or interest you care. about. Remember, to get better, it's important to accept where you are and gradually expose yourself to situations where you can feel connected. By joining social groups, we can build meaningful relationships and get opportunities to work on our selves.
