By reminding yourself that you’re enough the way you are. By doing things that bring you joy. By spending time with people who value you and accept you for who you are. By being brave enough to be your authentic self. Eat well, sleep well, hydrate well, exercise, walk in nature. These are simple things but highly effective in helping us feel better and put things in the right perspective.
