Moving on will only come if you first set your heart at it. Once you do that slowly but steadily things will start going your way and you will be able to forget things and make new memories

Hey there, moving on and recovering from the end of a relationship is a personal journey for everyone and it happens gradually. Try to focus on your mental, physical and emotional health and self care so that you don't lose yourself in the process of moving on. It takes time but gradually it'll get better.
