hello moving on in relationship takes time but at the same time don't take too much time also know your worth ✨️ travel, listen to good music meditate mainly spend time with your family 👪 you should realise life is short and realise better is coming towards you

Move on takes time. Focus on processing feelings rather than forgetting the person. Also, take therapy if it's affecting you a lot.
