I'm feeling a lot of guilt because I don't seem to love my partner the same way I used to. How can I deal with these feelings and this situation? I don't wanna hurt him and lose someone who really did care for me

Hey, I am Pragya Arora, a clinical psychologist and I am here to help you navigate through your issues! So my dear it’s natural to feel this way- a lot of other factors can affect our “love range”. On some days you will be feeling less than other days around. It’s almost like do you feel 100% happy throughout the year? It ranges right? Love is just another feeling! Why don’t you connect with me and help me understand your situation and needs better so I personally cater to your issues?

I felt the same after 7months in a relationship and instead of communicating it with my partner I started to avoid him and that led to a lot of fights in our relationship and a load of misunderstandings. So i really think you should communicate this with your partner

Hey! I hope you are doing well. My name is Sampada and I am a psychotherapist and an intimacy coach. I feel that it’s very normal for you to feel this way. Every relationship has its ups and downs, even when it comes to feelings. Emotions cannot be consistent and it’s okay. As long as you feel happy and satisfied in the relationship overall in the bigger picture, it’s great!
