Hey Girl .I see how going against your core values and doing something can completely shock you and question yourself .But what done is can't be undone .yet it can be further prevented so that it doesn't cause harm to you are all related to you . getting over guilt isnt an overnight solutions .the first step would be to introspect what current situations in your life urged you to take that step .Also understanding that as humans we do have desires and sometimes unmet desires make us rebel against our core values ..This fight is mostly between the image we are conditioned to carry on the society and the real me who seeks recognition and liberation . introspecting on these will help you prepare yourself for taking more judicious actions in the future that don't put you in a difficult spot as you are in right now .
