عندك حق ده فعلاً صعب بس مع مجموعة من المهارات بيتم التدريب عليها بتقدري تتحكمي في انفعالاتك وتخففي حدتها في اسرع وقت عشان تقدري تاخدي قرارات حكيمه

دايما حاسه إن أنا مش قادرة اسامح اهلي على طريقة معاملتهم معايا وانا صغيرة علاقتنا دلوقتي كويسة بس بردو فيه حته كدا دايما بتحسسني بعدم الأمان

انا متفهمة جدا الي انتي حساه ودا طبيعي، بصي حتى لو سامحتي اهلك، بيفضل فيه جزء بيفتكر احداث معينه كل ما تحصل حاجة مشابهة الحل انك فعلا تسامحيهم، عشانك انتي، وعشان تعرفي تتخطي وتحسي ان تجربتك مع اهلك مش هي الي بتمثلك او بتأثر على صحتك النفسية، وكمان حاولي تعوضي نفسك وتعوضيهم عن الوقت الي عدى وكنتو مش متافهمين فيه، عشان الذكريات الحلوة ليها دور ف انها تمسح شوية من الذكريات الوحشة🤍
