ايه هو السلس البولي؟ وليه فيه ستات كتير بتقلق منه السلسٌ البولي urinary incontinence هو من أحد الإضطرابات الي بنصيب الجهاز البولي وتحديداً المثانة البولية وبينتج عنه التبول السريع أو اللاإرادي ف بيفقد المصاب القدرة على التحكم بخروج البول. و في معظم الحالات هو عرض مرتبط بالأمراض وإضطرابات كتيرة. في الأغلب بيكون سبب الإصابة المشكلة دي هو حدوث إختلال في كفاءة أداء العضلات الملساء المبطنة لجدار المثانة بحيث بتكون مرتخية أكثر من اللازم فلما يجي يحصل أي مجهود يؤثر عليها بيؤدي الى التبول السريع زي السعال او العطس أو حتى الضحك ودا الي ما اسمه سلس البول الجهدي stress urinary incontinence، و ممكن يكون فيه فرط في شغل العضلات دي بحيث بتنقبض بسرعة ووجود أي كمية بسيطة من البول في المثانة بتخلي المصاب يشعر بحاجه للتبول والذهاب للحمام بسرعة ودا اسمه سلس البول الإضطراري urge urinary incontinence. وفيه نوع تاني اسمه سلس البول الغير إكتمالي overflow urinary incontinence بحيث بيفقد المصاب قدرته على إفراغ المثانة بشكل كامل ودا بيزيد مع زيادة العمر. تفتكروا ايه المشاكل الي في الستات ممكن تؤدي لسلس البول؟🤔

ضعف عضلات الحوض .الولادات المتكرره وفتحه episiotomy لأن اي عمليه عموما فيها قطع للعضلات بيقل القوه بتاعه العضله للنص فبالتالي العضلات مش عارفه تتحكم كويس علشان ضعيفه بس ليها تمارين تقويه فعاله جدا زي kegel excersie
