أنا عندي مشكلة النسيان بشكل كبير و للمعلومية الفيتامين د و ب١٢ كلهم كويسين و ممتازين و دا مأزمني و صار عندي لامبالاة لكل حاجة
سلامتك من كل تعب لو كل حاجة كويسة يبقي من الناحية النفسية اكيد ممكن يكون في ضغط ذهني عليك الفترة الآخيرة او كبت مشاعر كتير جواكي ماخرجتش بشكل صحي فأنتي محتاجة لتفريغ نفسي من احداث ومشاعر تحطي نفسك الأولوية💚 مع الرياضه وتنظيم اكل بيعلي من إفراز الغدة النخامية اكتر وال أندرفين زي اللوز ، تمر في اليوم لو ماعندكيش مشكله معاه طبعا 🙏✨

مع ضغطها النفسي واعتيادها ممكن تدمن الكآبة رغم ان جواها جميل فلما بتشتغل انها تتعامل مع ضغطها النفسي الدنيا بتهدي كتير

حبيبتي مشاعرك طيبة ودي حاجة جميلة بس عشان تقدري تدي محتاجة ترتاحي وده من حقك 🤍 وبرحتك🤍 فلو محتاجة تساعديها بجد بلغيها بكل تعاطف انك موجودة وهتسنديها وانها يمكن تكون محتاجه لدور واعي غير دور الصديق خالص المهم ماتدخليش deeply في مشاعرها وانتي أصلا تعبانه ومرهقه دمتي في طمانينة
