I am worried about my carrier and realtionship .I always think my partner stay with me or not in future' and I also worried about how to maintain carrier .I am always confused and not make a good decision always .I don't know what I do at present always I set in chair or bed and think about the unhealthy thought pls help me to remove that dangerous life behaviour
