I am Shweta. My 16-year-old daughter has been really struggling with anxiety lately, having panic attacks and missing school. As her mom, I want to help but I'm at a loss for the right ways to support her through this. What are some effective coping strategies I can guide her towards? Make them comfortable. Conflict is normal at all ages with generation gap. Its the communication style that plays the most important role in resolving or aggravating the conflict. Talk their way, talk in their style, talk in their tone, talk in a way that is understood by them. Refect to their actions. Be your true self. Convey your heart out transparently to parents.. Sooner or later they will understand. Don't try or look for instant responses. Give them some time to analyse n respond. Hope it made some sense to you sweets

Communication and building trust is very important. Accept each other's flaws as well as strengths. Don't keep any secrets, try to share everything that is possible, spend time with each other. Be prepared that there will be misunderstandings, conflicts and disagreements but learn to deal with them.

Becoming parents is a beautiful thing but at the same time it is difficult as well because it is a first time for parents as well. So steps such as reading about pregnancy, asking family members who already have children can help. Another thing is that you have to be prepared physically, mentally and financially to take care of the child.

So you can join classes or workshops and stuff to understand your passion. Do some online courses. Research on web and YouTube. Ask other people about theirs and how they identified theirs.

My family is very disfunctional. No one listens, everyone keeps arguing even on silly things. I'm now fed up of these situations. What strategies can I use to promote understanding and cooperation between family members? @vijaylaxmi

In such cases, one cannot change the environment overnight. The mind tricks that you can play with all is to tell them individually once they are in normal or happy state that even of they were right in the situation of conflict, they could hv put their point in a better way. If possible show them the video or audio of his they luk while arguing. Distract their minds towards improving their looks n health through physical fitness and self care. This works 90% of times. But those 10 %. 😃🤦‍♀️ Darling keep some happy music on in the house to make it a home. Add a spark of newness in the luk of interiors. Consult vastu experts if need be. Meditate and manifest happy relationships.

So I would suggest you to first find some other job or source of income before leaving this one. You should definitely not stay in a toxic job but first prepare beforehand for another job.
