hlo frnds i want to share something I m married since 4 yr nd mom of 3 yr old boy but my husband not to do a single job for our expenses my inlaws give taunts to me becs they do our expenses nd my husband chats with random girls on insta i caught him many times nd he say sorry nd I forgive him but this repeats agian after 2-3 months I told about this to my inlaws they always say sudhar jayega! nd my mother in law deletes all proof against my husband from my phone but i always make sure ki vo mere pass khi na khi save rehte h what I can do noww..... plz suggest because now I am full with all of these

Did you know there various components of fitness and do you try and include them in your daily workout routine and how , do you manage it like twice week each or a combination class of 2 components or 20 minutes to each ??? What works the best for you women ???
