As a women's health Specialist Physio I will advice to first rule out no tummy muscle separation is there to be able to guide your exercises specially targeting diabetes management too. I do conduct postpartum online sessions . belly fat due to pregnancy can be a fat only issue or it can be muscle separation which happens to many mom's

often times women are asked to do kegelsl exercise. what are the right ways and tips as many do it wrong many do it but don't need it. for a Happy pelvis let's check this out from Dr Anjali advise section
