What are your thoughts on walking for mental fitness ?
I suggest do yoga. Breathing and holding exercise. Like suray namaskar in sun morning. And if you want ashtang yoga. If you slowly do yoga you enjoy it. After that you can try different types. Like arieal yoga.

I am talking collagen. Because it helps to keep our skyin young. And vitamin D fat Soloibali vitamin. I mean I have to take vitamin A K I take in fat Soloibali. Because it absorb in body. And response. When you adult then so then your gut bacteria not response. When you take carrot and some. So it's very important you also add fat Soloibali vitamin. Add ghee in to your vegetables. To better absorve. And take fish . I add mostly protein in to my diet. Whey protein. If not available . Then add egg yolk. Full egg. Chicken liver. To take my all nutrition. In supplement I also add super green wheat grass powder. Some time sprulina. I focus mostly seeds. Because like sasmee seeds pumpkin seeds. Coconut. Because it is healthy fat. It helps you to fast longer. Reduce hunger pang. So I have fat must in my diet after meal.

I have loose my weight. Before that I was I was to much weight. So I focus on intermittent fasting. And meal time healthy fat vegetables. I tried to improve my gut bacteria. And healthy cell. So that's like I loose my weight

Balanced approach or a combined approach is the key to success in fitness and I feel pretty much in every aspect of life !!!!
