hello.. Recently I had a break up with my boyfriend .he was very caring and loyal with me.but due to my insecurities I doubted him twice and that's why he left me and due to anger I didn't even listen his explanation.But now I understood my mistake but he is not ready to comeback.. now the guilt is killing me from inside.. but I want him only.. but I don't know about our future whether we will get married or not.I can't stop thinking about him ..he is in my mind 24/7...I was very happy with him.what should I do now to get him back...will he come back after all this?

Hello, I have been working as a Mental Health Professional for the last 6 years and have come across many clients stating the same. It’s natural to feel that your current emotional pain is forever linked to what you experienced before. But, even if the past caused it, letting go of the pain starts with focusing on today. How to let go of the past may mean different things to different people. It may also depend on your situation. Try to think of ways of letting it out. This depends on your choice (for example some prefer taking it out through any activity of their choice- writing, art, etc). Hope this helps. You can try to do the following: It’s important not to let work consume your life completely. Instead, set daily limits about how long you’ll be working and what tasks you’ll be engaging in. Some ways to get your spouse on board with your work-life balance goals are to discuss the issue openly and honestly, offer support, and set reasonable expectations. hey I want guidance actually I am feeling like not to do anything...I don't know it's lazzeness or what but during my schools I used to be very bright student and always was first in the classes I had that spark and passion inside me for my career....but currently after completion of my Bachelor feeling nothing...I don't have that spark and passion inside me...have no clue what to do further.....and the fact is I am not that serious for my career at the same time not taking some positive steps to improve this...I don't know I don't want to do anything as well...but still want to proud my self as well as my parents...want that passion but no clue...and don't want to do anything.....
