المهم يكون SPF 50 ونجدد عليه كل ساعتين بس في الجو دا ممكن نخليها كل ساعة لو بتتعرضي للشمس بشكل مباشر فيه لوكال براندز كتيرة حلوة زي kolagra, bobana, tellofil
