İnsanlara verdiğimiz ilk izlenimlerde dikkati çeken en önemli unsur %55 oranında görünüm ve vücut dilimiz oluyor. Yani nasıl giyindiğimiz, duruşumuz vb. şeyler insanların en çok dikkat ettiği unsurlardır. Daha sonra %38 oranında sos tonu ve konuşma hızı ilk izlenimler arasında dikkati çeken ikinci unsurdur. %7'lik oranda en son dikkati çeken şey ise ne söylendiğidir.
