Öz Şefkatin 3 Elementi 1. Öz Nezaket: Dostumuza davrandığımız gibi kendimize davranmak. Dostumuz bir hata yaptığını anlattığında ona nasıl yaklaşıyoruz ? Ya da rezil olduğunu söylediğinde ? Kendini yetersiz veya çirkin hissettiğinde onunla nasıl konuşuyoruz ? İşte öz nezaket budur. Kendimizin dostu olmak, kendimize karşı nazik olmak. 2. Farkındalık: İçinde bulunduğumuz durumu kavramak. Şu an neye ihtiyacım sorusunu sormak farkındalığı artırır. Şu an hangi duygudayım? Hangi düşüncem beni yoruyor? Bedende ağrıyı, sıkışıklığı nerede hissediyorum? Tüm bu sorular farkındalığımızı artıracaktır. 3. Ortak İnsanlık Hali: Yaşamış ve yaşayacak tüm insanların bizim çektiğimiz acıları yaşadığını/ yaşama ihtimalinin olduğunu bilme hali. Acı, keder, yas, üzüntü, depresyon, stres, anksiyete, kaygı, sinir, kırgınlık, kıskançlık, hepsi insanlar için. Hepimiz bu duygulardan geçiyoruz, geçeceğiz. Olaylar, durumlar, kişiler, koşullar farklı olabilir fakat duygular ortaktır. #özşefkat #farkındalık #öznezaket #ortakinsanlıkhali
