How do I convince my parents for love marriage. Will it affect their mental health and well being. I don't want to hurt them, same time marrying a boy whom I love is important because am the reason for this relationship and care for his wellness?

It can be exhausting, but for long term happiness you will have to face temporary battle, try being honest and dont disrespect them, try to have conversations in calm manner while respecting them and acknowledging them

Just communicate and try to make them understand why you want to do love marriage. I am sure if they love you they will surely understand you and support you.

if you really like each other then it's a good option to communicate your parents honestly...it's doesn't create any mental stress....maybe your parents need sometime to accept it but firstly you need to talk to them

I think you should take your time and make your parents understand. After some time they will understand. They wont let their daughter be sad for a long time
