i am a working women and i want to ask my fellow working ladies that how can i manage my work and also celebrate diwali which is my favorite festival to the fullest?? Any tips on how i can juggle both?

Setting boundaries is very important here. Set definite time period for work,keep time for your family during Diwali. Also convey this to your manager that during Diwali you want to spend quality time with family ,so no overtime. Set clear expectations in your workplace and follow timelines. Wish you a wonderful Diwali
