Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. That's a great question and something all of us should know. Healthy space or we can call it boundaries. It's when each of you are able to express yourself without fear or judgment, be yourself and can also not be controlling of each other. I would say, being in touch for the whole day is not necessary or the amount of time spent together isn't necessary but the quality of your communication, activity and ability to trust and express is important.
