Answer
preventing vaginal dryness?
Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. You can increase your foreplay that would help you get aroused and increase the wetness in vagina. Or you can try lubricants which are available but if you are trying for a child, I wouldn't suggest lubricants as it kills the sperms. If not, try lubricants or even saliva would work. Hope that answers. Do join my live, i tend to speak on many sexual wellness topics.

My financial status is getting the worst of my mental status. I seem to be getting panic attacks because of it. How can I calm myself down?? How can I assure myself that i can do it and get myself out of this situation??
Hello dear. First of all, Hang in there.. All of us have been there even though we don't share these things with friends or family. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. Having panic attacks indicate a severe form of fear that is usually unrealistic. For eg. we might feel, 'I would never recover from this issue'. That's not TRUE right. Nothing is for sure. So, working on your thoughts is important. As a Psychologist, I would recommend some therapy like CBT. For now, just practice writing down your fearful thoughts and burning the paper. And come on a live session with me and we will have a conversation. - Consultant Psychologist

I want to live a life that aligns with what I truly believe in, but honestly, it's hard sometimes. There are so many pressures and temptations out there. How do you all make sure your actions and choices reflect your core values on a daily basis?
Let me start by saying, 'Being Hard on yourself is never the path to nurture who you are'. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. If you want to follow your values, you need to be aware of your temptations and be compassionate towards yourself when that happens. Instead of setting rigid rules, set rules that are more accepting and be willing to change or resist temptations incrementally. Come on a live session with me to know more and I can answer in detail. - Consultant Psychologist

What should I do if feel like my boundaries are constantly being crossed by my family members?? Yes, being a part of my life, I understand they have a certain rule that they can exercise on me, but other than that it has become too much now
Hi. I understand how difficult it must be to go through matters like these where you are constantly having people crossing boundaries. I would say, most women generally have a hard time saying no or setting boundaries. This could be out of fear, cultural aspects or respect. But the first step is to practice assertiveness which is a skill Psychologist teach to help clients set healthy boundaries. For a start, try saying no among people who you are comfortable with. To be able to learn more about assertiveness and any other issues pressing on you, come on a call with me, we will discuss in detail. - Psychologist

My husband wants a divorce because apparently I am not a good wife as most of my time goes towards work. I really don’t want to let go of this relationship because of a reason that can be clearly mended. How can i convince him to give me a second chance??
Hi. I'm sorry to hear that, your husband has been asking for a divorce. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Specialist. I agree with you that you could mend this relationship. And I believe you are willing to take some steps towards it. I want to understand more about your problems like since when it started, what were your initial arguments and how much time you are spending currently. Exploring these questions and some more would help understand the couple's issue and can give a more holistic understand of the same. You can convince him only when you can understand what's happening in his mind and also what your thoughts are like? I hope this was elaborate and I would encourage you to come on my live session, connect with me personally. - Consultant Psychologist

The rishta that has come for me is of a person who lives in the US and I am very scared of long distances as in the past I have had a breakup due to the same. Do long distance marriages actually work?? How can I make my heart understand this??
Hi there. I'm Mary Ann, a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. I have had many couple's stating the same fear toward long distance relationships. Any relationship holds strong if needs are met, both feel safe and you can trust each other. As long as it's done, you are fine. Problem occurs when intimacy is very important for you or you aren't able to trust the person or you both feel disconnected. I would suggest, you ask yourself these questions and see if you can work on these factors. There is always video sex, virtual date nights, mutual openess and sharing everyday life. If this is something exhausting for you, I would suggest to reconsider or to see a Psychologist to understand yourself indepth. Come on a call with me personally on my live session. I would want to help you. - Consultant Psychologist
