My friends say that I am a very friendly person who is always there for everyone. However they say that there is only thing which is bad about me and that is my anger. I can't agree more with them. sometimes I also feel that my anger ruins everything, be it relationships or work issues etc. I don't know what to do. What are healthy ways to deal with anger that I've been suppressing for years?
