There are times when I feel like I'm being excluded or left out by my girl friends, which triggers feelings of loneliness and insecurity. How do I communicate these feelings without coming across as needy or as an ‘attention seeker’???

I have experienced this before when I went to college for the first time and I made two friends. And they were always ignoring me after some days and they use to leave me alone in various situations! I got so angry once that I stopped talking to them and when they asked about it ,I clearly told them how I felt and I think its better if I am not a part of this group anymore. After that, they never did such things and our relationship is good now

So if you are bestfriends then ideally they should have understood by now about how you feel. But you should still clearly have a conversation with them and tell them about how you feel about things.
