You have to form a daily schedule and routine which also involves time for your own care. Take out some 'me' time, where you can unwind. Also ask for help from people around you, so that you can get a breather when things get tough. Please take care, and more power to you.

فعلا الإنسان مش لازم ياخد قرار وهو قلقان بزيادة على أد ما الموضوع صعب لأننا احيانا كتير بنضطر ناخد قرار بغض النظر عن حالتنا النفسية إلا إن عواقب القرار بعد كدا ممكن تبقى أصعب بكتير مما تخيلنا.
