Are healing centres which are mostly open in the secluded and elevated areas beneficial for changing ourselves?? And do they help in getting rid of negative energies and inculcate positive behaviors and thinking. Hi, these retreats will help you in understanding the issues you have at a deeper level and give you tools to deal with them, and you definitely feel nice. Once you are back it is your responsibility to continue doing the exercises or using the tools as you were told to keep the benefits of these practices. If you fail to do those the benefits will fade away slowly.
