Hey all, I need some serious advice. Being half Indian and half American has always been a cool part of who I am. But lately, it feels more confusing than anything. I love celebrating Holi with my family, but then I crave those classic American summer barbecues too. Sometimes I feel like I don't fit in perfectly anywhere. Is this normal, or am I just overthinking things?

Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. Most often for people coming from mixed cultures have a hard time identifying with their values and likings. It's common and normal but if that's something that worries you, then it needs to be dealt in a professional way. We call it 'Identity crisis' or 'Adjustment issues' creating anxiety.
