I am 40 and going through menopause. It has impacted my libido, and I'm eager to find ways to rekindle intimacy in my relationship. Any advice on enhancing libido during this phase?

Libido can be affected due to numerous things during menopause. One is the physical changes you experience which could impact your will and comfort during intimacy. Hot flashes, sweating, fluctuations in weight can all affect. For this discussing how you feel with your partner can help understand how he can make the experience better for you. Reduction in libido can also be the result of declining hormones. But if you still desire intimacy scheduling some time for it helps rather than just going with the flow. This can help you understand how your body feels during this transition to menopause.
