Hey there many exercises that are possible, I would recommend you please send more details about you like age occupation clinical history if any so that I can guide you better, kindly include cardio in your exercise routine, sit up leg raises, jack knives, side jack knives , in and out and naukasana hold , planks and plank exercise variations can be of huge help also there are many standing core exercises if you can’t do these however I suggest you kindly get in touch with a professional so that you harm yourself and to prevent and sort of injury and actually derive the benefit out of it …. Hey yes you sure can lose weight kindly mention your age occupation your medical history to be able to guide you better but at a general level exercise include strength training 3 times a week on other days walk , workout to rest ratio be 5:2 , eat to nourish your body , love your self have attitude of gratitude towards yourself and remember to give yourself and this process the right amount on time so set realistic goals like 2 /3 kgs per month and you l get there soon 👍!!!

Hey kindly check on the exercises that you do are you doing only one kind of exercise like walk or something then please add strength training to your routine atleast 3 times a week , so combination work is important like cardio, flexibility or mobility and strength, rest and recover sleep well and 7 hours per day …. So it will help also give more details about your age , occupation, medical history, exercise routine to be able to help you better
