What are thinking when you feel sad.. Is it anything about your past ? if so there's nothing you can do to change it. instead focus on the present. if any current situation is making you feel sad, identify and journal the thoughts.. Change the way you think about a particular situation, this should help. talk to a friend , listen to music, go for walk or exercise...
