Dr Nikita Dound is a renowned sexologist and intimacy coach based in Mumbai. She completed M.B.B.S from N.D.M.V.P.S medical College,Nashik. Hallo Everyone.. I am Enna.. My Bf is too much horny. Everyday he is doing sex. and i love this bcz he is trying different type of sex but not horny. Hi Enna, Thankyou for sharing your concern. It's important for both of you to understand that enthusiastic consent for all sexual activities is the basics of a healthy sex life. Neither partner should feel pressurized to do this. If it is the 'romantic sex' that's become monotonous, i.e you are not turned on by it, you can have a conversation about experimenting with toys, fantasies, role playing and kinks. Maybe some changes in the routine will increase your libido (desire to have sex). If it's the frequency that troubling you, please talk to your partner and help him understand that it's not something you are enjoying, but rather are feeling pressurized into giving in because you don't want to ruin the moment. Have an honest, non-confrontational conversation and hear his thoughts. Maybe your partner feels he needs to 'convince' you to get in the mood. Tell him how it's affecting you.

4) Have an open honest communication with your partner & understand each other's preferences, fantasies, kinks and address any myths,insecurities you may have. Self pleasure is a great way to understand what works for you & also would help better communication regarding preferences with your partner. Lastly, have fun! Remember orgasms are not the end goal. As long as you are overall satisfied with your sex life (solo or partnered)It's okay if you don't have orgasm everytime. Having said that, if you have never experienced orgasms or have had too much difficulty reaching one for a prolonged time (6-8 months at a stretch)despite trying everything and its hampering your mental health, routine life and relationships, you could be having a female sexual dysfunction called as anorgasmia. Hello ladies, Hope you all are having fun here! I am usually a very private person and am struggling with talking about it even with a therapist because of the sensitivity of the topic. Recently I made a profile on bumble to meet like minded people who are looking for a long-term relationship. Now, I am bisexual but i am looking for a monogamous relationship. It has become very difficult to navigate this on bumble because people don't understand that bisexuality doesn't automatically mean that i have chosen polyamory as my choice of life! Most of the people i match with are either looking for something casual or open/no label situations once I tell them about my sexuality. This made me wonder how women think of bisexuality? I would love to read your thoughts.. maybe I'll get a different perspective of seeing things💜
