Loneliness creeps in despite being surrounded by people. How can I foster genuine connections and overcome feelings of loneliness or isolation? @MindsetbyMeenal
Hey, why feel lonely when you have a excellent company of yourself! What is it that's really bothering you? time to introspect. First and foremost connect with yourself, accept yourself. Be kind to yourself and stop being judgemental and critical to small mistakes you make. Identify small things that make you happy, walks, listening to music or a cold shower?? Do that more often. Reach out to some one who needs help, when you help someone you will experience peace within . Express gratitude for all that you have been blessed with.... TC

How do I navigate friendships that may be impacting my mental health negatively, and when is it okay to let go? @Chaitali_Hirani_psychologist
Hey there, hope you're doing well. Navigating confrontations in friendships can be tricky but you'll need to recognize signs of invalidation or even disrespect to know if the friendship is worth maintaining. Try having an open communication with your friend in case there are communication issues but if you still don't feel validated, then you need to realise that it might not be beneficial to you to stay in that relationship. You can set boundaries and let them know what behavior of theirs is unacceptable to you. Self care should be a priority even in case of friendships. You can also talk to a therapist who can help you with assertiveness and boundary setting.

Why do I sometimes struggle to express my emotions, and how can I become more emotionally expressive? @MindsetbyMeenal
Hi there One of the reasons could be fear of acceptance,... what will others think, react if i express my emotions... You need to introspect to know the correct reason.. every time you fail to express your emotion what are thoughts running in your mind... I cd you know that you will know the reason. Having said that you need to accept your self... that means enjoy your imperfection, be kind to yourself celebrate small wins... By doing all this you will boost your self-esteem and have the courage to express your thoughts and emotions Better without fearing others judgement goodluck

The societal pressure to conform to certain beauty standards affects me. How do I navigate and cope with societal expectations related to body image? @Chaitali_Hirani_psychologist
So my question is that why do you wanna conform to the societal expectations. You look, wear and dress according to your choice and preference and not what society expects one to. Even after 10 years society will always be expecting something out of you. so just don't care about it. Do what you like.

How long should sex last? @Sexologist_DrKalps
Actually how long depends on the couple and their conditions like age, stress, etc. But average normal time is 5-15 minutes. If it's below 2min, it's definitely abnormal and needs to be treated as early as possible. If your partner can practice to control pelvic floor muscles, you can increase time beyond 15 minutes. Males should practice Kegal exercise and start following start-stop method to increase their time and last longer in bed.
