Questions to Gain Clarity 1.What is the main issue I am overthinking about? 2.Why does this issue matter to me? 3.What is the worst-case scenario I am imagining? 4.What is the best-case scenario? 5.What evidence do I have that my thoughts are true? 6.Is this thought based on facts or assumptions?
Hi @nav_talks , I am a psychologist here i’ll try to answer your question. For knowing anything about overthinking one needs to know the root cause or the sources that are actually causing overthinking. Source of your overthinking could be rooted in your past experiences, any trauma or it could be anything. we need to make a deep analysis in order to understand. You can join my live consultation and there I can guide you in detail

Hello! I am glad that you shared your experience here. It's a good activity to go for shopping whenever you feel sad it is working for you as a coping but do you think it will work for long?or do you want to get a better understanding of your emotions and problems so that you can find other budget friendly solutions.
