Burası aşk, evlilik, ilişkiler ve bağlanma modellerini konuşacağımız, dertleşeceğimiz, çözümler üreteceğimiz yer. Tek taraflı bakmanın bizi sonuca götürmediğini bilerek, empatinin, şefkatin, şehvetin, onurlandırmanın olduğu ilişkileri nasıl inşa edebiliriz,işte tam olarak bu soruya cevaplar üreteceğiz. İdeal ilişki yoktur, ideal ilişkinin yaratımı vardır. Yaratımımız kutlu olsun cânım kadın. Hadi gel, beraber yolda gönlümüzü açalım, büyütelim, serpilelim. İlişki tohumlarımız göğe ulaşsın ! 🌴
Üçgen Aşk Kuramı Sternberg’e göre aşkın 3 temel ögesi var cânım kadınlar ; yakınlık, bağlılık ve tutku. Gelin üçgendeki aşk türlerine bakalım. Çılgınca aşkta, delicesine bir tutku vardır. Aslında karşımızdaki kişiyi değil, kafamızda o kişiyle ilgili oluşturduğumuz imgeye aşık oluruz. Hem fiziksel olarak çok çekim hissettiğimiz hem de yorulmaksızın o kişiyi düşündüğümüz aşk, işte bu aşktır. Ve sonsuza dek sürmez. Boş aşkta,burada o kişiyi “sevdiğimize” karar veririz. Görücü usulü evliliklerde oluşan aşk türü buna benzer bir aşktır. Yakınlık ve tutku burada yoktur. Romantik aşk, hem yakınlığın hem de tutkunun var olduğu, bağlılığın illa ki var olması gerekmediği aşk türüdür. Bir gün bitse bile başlangıçta karşımızdakinin bize fiziksel ve zihinsel açıdan çekici geldiği aşk türüdür. Arkadaşça aşk, tutku hariç, bağlanma ve yakınlığın olduğu aşktır. Romantik aşk eğer uzun yıllar sürerse, zamanla tutku azalacağından yerini arkadaşça aşka bırakacaktır. Aptalca aşk, hani şu filmlere konu olan iki kişinin birebirini gördüğü gibi aşık olduğu ve hemen evlendiği tutku ve bağlanmanın olduğu ama aslında çiftlerin birbirlerini o kadar da iyi tanımadıkları aşk türüdür. Şaşırtıcı şekilde eğer çiftler bağlanmayı başarırlarsa uzun soluklu bir aşk yaşayabilirler. Mükemmel aşk, efendim tutku burada, yakınlık burada, bağlanma burada, yeme de yanında yat aşkıdır resmen. Relationships are about give and take. Don’t settle for someone who isn’t willing to put in the same effort that you do.
