But your emotions are valid. Your pain is real. And you don’t need to justify your feelings to anyone—not even yourself. 💡 Instead of brushing off your emotions, try this: ✅ “It’s okay to feel this way.” ✅ “My feelings matter.” ✅ “I deserve to acknowledge my experiences.” 💬 Have you ever caught yourself self-gaslighting?
