We talk about gaslighting in relationships, but have you ever caught yourself doing it… to yourself? 🚩 “Maybe I’m just overreacting.” 🚩 “I shouldn’t feel this way.” 🚩 “It wasn’t that bad.” 🚩 “I’m just being too sensitive Self-gaslighting happens when we dismiss our own feelings and experiences. But your emotions are valid. Your pain is real. And you don’t need to justify your feelings to anyone—not even yourself. 💡 Instead of brushing off your emotions, try this: ✅ “It’s okay to feel this way.” ✅ “My feelings matter.” ✅ “I deserve to acknowledge my experiences.” 💬 Have you ever caught yourself self-gaslighting?
