اهلاً يا جميله 🌸 علشان تقدمي الإسعافات النفسيه لشخص ( الدعم النفسي) في حبه حاجات لازم تعرفيها: *طمأنة شخص في محنة ومساعدته على الشعور بالأمان والسكينة. *تقييم الاحتياجات. *حماية الشخص من المزيد من الأذى. *تقديم الدعم العاطفي. *الاستماع للشخص وليس الضغط عليه علشان يتكلم. *توجيهه للحصول علي مساعده من متخصص لو الموضوع محتاج. تقدري تتبعيني يوميا من الساعه ٨ للساعه١٢ ماعدا الجمعه علشان نتكلم اكتر وتعرفي حبه استراتيجيات مناسبه في التعامل وتتابعيني علي mental health talk اتمنالك يوم لطيف ☺️
