Damn, this divorce situation is really taking an emotional toll. I'm struggling to process all the feelings - the anger, sadness, guilt, you name it. I could really use some advice from others who have been through this on how to deal with the emotional rollercoaster in a healthy way. What kinds of support systems did you lean on to get you through the tougher days? Any tips for self-care, therapy, connecting with others in similar situations? I just had my family and friends who supported me during this time. I had several breakdowns but eventually I overcame it all in the end.

don't worry I have same position. only my father with me. I know this process make shattered us. many ups and downs come in our life but we are not alone our good karma with us. so dont let u be down.
