Higher salary or higher designation? Let me elaborate the question a little too. My friend, in a bigger company, is in a higher designation than me, but my salary is higher. Should I look for a higher salary or look for a designation hike?

what to do when in dilemma to quit or not quit your job.
hina-14d
Deciding whether to quit your job is a major decision that can have a significant impact on your career and well-being. When facing this dilemma, consider the following factors to help you make an informed choice: 1. **Evaluate Your Reasons**: Take time to identify and assess the reasons why you are considering quitting your job. Are you unhappy with your current role, do you feel stagnant in your career, or are there issues in the work environment that are affecting your well-being? Understanding your motivations will help you make a more informed decision. 2. **Reflect on Your Career Goals**: Consider how your current job aligns with your long-term career goals and aspirations. Evaluate whether staying in your current role will help you progress toward your desired career path or if it is holding you back. 3. **Assess the Job Market**: Research the job market in your industry to determine if there are opportunities that align better with your career goals and values.
you need to work on your decision making skill according to your requirement.

I am new to my job and my colleagues are giving me extra works to do just because I am a rookie. How can I set my boundaries and let them know that I will be not doing their share of work??
Na_Dia-7d
It happens, it's bullying. You must strictly tell them you can't do it. You must learn to say NO
Remind them once about the work you are actually supposed to do and dont accept more work from them! As I have experienced this before and trust me ,people really take you for granted then and think of you as a machine so its better you make your boundaries early!

I am a normal average office girl who has a 9-5 job. Nothing exciting happens in my life, nor do I get promotion, nor do I get any new opportunity but on the otherhand my boyfriend has always been a multitasker and one of the lucky one's. He is just too perfect in every aspect of his life and I find myself feeling so guilty that I dread his success so much. I mean why do I dread his success so much?
Hi,I am Madhurima, counseling psychologist.I appreciate that you acknowledge your feelings. When something bother us instead of counter this we start having anxiety. We need to have much clarity about the thing by taking professional help.
Hey! Hope you are doing well. My name is Sampada. I am a psychotherapist and an intimacy coach. I feel it’s very normal that you feel this way. Feeling Jealousy for a partner’s success is very common. It was shown in the movie Ki and Ka as well! You are human and you will feel slight jealousy with anybody is even doing a bit better than you. As long as it’s not impacting your relationship it’s alright! Let me know if you want to connect with me to discuss this further!
